Project «Vegland» is a new type of state that can become the first precedent in the new world order.

The state format is chosen for the project as a symbol of our unity based on our worldview and lifestyle.

Social and legal aspects of state creation.

We live in age of continuous and intensive transformations and changes in the system of values, structure and principles of the structure of our civilization.

So, in the real future, our project has all the possibilities to become a full-fledged state with its own territory and jurisdiction.

It’s necessary and sufficient:

• to combine at least 0.1% of the total number of vegetarians in the world within the project (one million people)
• to form a stable public request from the project participants to international and supranational structures for the recognition of the state as a subject of international jurisdiction.
• to establish our community as a capable and consolidated group of people that has a positive impact on global social processes.
• to acquire a territory with full extraterritorial rights

Two variants for acquiring a territory that is at least symbolic for obtaining the status of a subject of international jurisdiction:

• Any state transfers us a conditional 1 m2 of its territory as support for our project.
• Two states by agreement transfer to us a territory that is formally disputed by their mutual claims, but which they do not actually need.

An example of such a territory – we are creating a new territory with our own resources, by adding artificial soil to the shallows in the extraterritorial water area.

Participants of the project formed public request to amend international law. According to these amendments, status of international jurisdiction with the rights of the state may have a community of people which don’t live compactly in a certain area.

With the consent of the state where veg-eco-towns are situated, territory of one or more veg-eco-towns of our project «SURYAVILLE» may get rights of a special territory under the auspices of supranational structures, as an international pilot project.

For example, this state can initiate a legal procedure for recognizing the project as a subject of international jurisdiction with the rights of the state.

An international organization may also receive certain rights that are comparable in terms of international jurisprudence to the rights of a state. An example of such a project is World Service Authority. (WSA)

The official website lists countries that have at least once put entry or exit stamps in the WSA.

Territory which determines state boards organizationally:

• veg-eco-towns united in International project of the Commonwealth of eco-towns «SURYAVILLE»;
• offices and representative offices of the project and its divisions;
• any places and territories that were made available to the project by individuals and organizations that own or manage them.

Citizenship

Any citizen of the world who has reached the age of majority in accordance with the legislation of the country of his main citizenship may become a citizen of the state. A stateless person may become a citizen of our state since 18 years.

The passport is issued as an electronic file.
